# Acruvo Terms of Service

Acruvo is a draft-only invoice follow-up assistant for freelancers, studios, and agencies. By using Acruvo, you agree to use it responsibly and to review every generated draft before sending.

## What Acruvo Does

Acruvo helps you read supported payment threads, draft payment follow-ups, track invoice reminders, generate payment links, import open invoices from connected accounting tools, and view a recovery pipeline.

Acruvo does not send emails automatically, provide legal advice, guarantee invoice recovery, or replace accounting software. Stripe payment links and supported provider webhooks can help track payments, but PayPal.Me payments may need manual marking as paid. You remain responsible for checking that amounts, clients, invoices, and tax treatment are correct.

## Accounts and Plans

Trial, Solo, Studio, Agency, AppSumo, and Enterprise plans may include different AI, invoice, integration, team, and recovery limits. Paid plans may be billed through PayPal Subscriptions, Stripe, or another provider enabled by the platform owner. Your plan remains active while the billing provider reports the subscription as active.

## User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice details, the content of messages you send, and your relationship with clients. Generated drafts should be reviewed and edited before use.

If you connect Gmail, Outlook, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, or PayPal, you confirm that you have permission to connect those accounts and process the related invoice/payment data in Acruvo.

## Acceptable Use

Do not use Acruvo for harassment, threats, illegal collection activity, spam, or messages that violate the rules of your email provider.

## Data

Acruvo stores account, usage, invoice, client, and reminder data needed to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details.

## Availability

The beta may change, pause, or fail while we improve it. We will try to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
